Overview

The EV-545 is engineered and tested to withstand extreme loads, debris impact, and cyclic fatigue associated with the severe weather effects of hurricanes while maintaining maximum water infiltration at a minimum louver depth.

Standard Construction

Material: Mill finish 6063-T5 extruded aluminum.
Frames: 5" deep x 0.081" thick (127 x 2) channel.
Blades: 45^o x 0.06" (1.5) thick vertical style.
Screen: 1/2" x 0.063" (12.7 x 1.6) expanded and flattened aluminum.
Mullion: Visible.
Minimum Size: 12" x 12" (305 x 305)
Maximum Size: Single Section: 72" x 120" (1829 x 3048)
120" x 72" (3048 x 1829)
Multiple Section: Unlimited
